Distinctive Modern Apartment With A Dash Of Panache

This distinctive modern interior carries contemporary decor features and a cool dash of panache. Visualized by Artimitro Interiors, this apartment may carry a neutral palette but it has a colorful personality. Modern furniture pieces strike a bold aesthetic, drawing the eye with deep tones and strong silhouettes. Modern wall art is big, bright, and energetic, introducing movement and color. In the open plan living space, a modern dining room light installation makes an eye-catching statement, whilst the kitchen hides behind closed doors. Luxe marble elements pop up throughout the home, adding upmarket appeal to the kitchen and bathrooms. Glass walls open up an extraordinary dressing room design, bedroom storage, and bathroom combos. A gray tufted sofa and two black tufted ottomans make up a large L-shaped arrangement in the living room. The dual-color combination creates strong visual impact in the lounge area, which is accentuated by a set of black and gray area rugs. An anglepoise floor lamp provides focused illumination at the end of the couch. The L-shaped sofa arrangement effectively divides the open-plan living space into two halves. However, the two tufted ottomans are easily split apart to reconfigure the layout into a more freeflowing setup. The two living room rugs make up an abstract design, with the gray, round rug overlapping the edge of the larger black area rug. This configuration perfectly complements the L-shaped sofa arrangement. A unique coffee table and a small accent chair finish off the lounge composition. The second half of the living space is home to a formal dining area and a modern kitchen design. A glossy black sofa table helps to define the two living areas. A large art canvas visually anchors the dining spot in place with a riot of color. A contemporary lighting installation hangs above the modern dining set, dropping loops of illumination over the black marble dining table. Rich brown dining chairs comfortably seat up to four people around the chic round dining table. The kitchen has an understated design, with most of its elements concealed behind closed doors. A narrow island marks the boundary of the kitchen area and creates a sleek breakfast bar. The kitchen concealment doors have a glossy finish, which reflects light from the living room windows. With the large concealment doors drawn back, the back wall of the kitchen becomes a hive of activity. A prep bench, kitchen sink, and a wall of stainless steel wall units come into use. The fridge freezer and a large larder unit flank the central kitchen run. A black marble backsplash beautifully complements the marble kitchen island. The living space stands open to a spacious home entryway. Wood flooring runs through both spaces to achieve a seamless connection. One entire wall of the hallway is clad in gloss panels, which reflect ambient light. A built-in shelf is backed by a floor-to-ceiling mirror, which creates the illusion of added space. An entryway bench offers a place to put down bags or put on shoes. One whole wall of the hallway is dedicated to storage. A change in flooring creates definition down in front. The master bedroom is a light and airy space, with a glass wall dressing room and ensuite bathroom combo. The edge-to-edge glazing builds a headboard feature wall. Privacy curtains can be drawn across inside the bathroom when privacy is required. A muted green platform bed and red wall art introduce a sophisticated color palette. A pair of modern pendant lights fall over the bedside cabinet, creating a sculptural statement. A contrasting black bedside table stands on the other side of the room, along with a slender floor lamp. A gray rug pulls the mixed assortment of bedroom furniture and lighting together into one neat package. Wood flooring creates a cohesive run between the bedroom and the dressing room. Inside the dressing room, a comprehensive closet system offers an array of clothing rails, shelves, and drawers. LED strip lights create a fashion boutique feel. The wood flooring ends as the space morphs into an ensuite bathroom. A tinted glass enclosure fades the shower area from view. Inside the tinted shower enclosure, brass fittings contrast warmly with a gray and white wet wall and a built-in bench. The freestanding bathtub can’t be seen from the bedroom because it is tucked neatly behind the upholstered headboard. Marble tiles build natural pattern in the bathroom vanity area. A backlit mirror highlights the beauty of the stone wall. The WC neighbors the glass shower chamber, behind a matching smoked glass partition. The second bedroom design has a relaxing gray and beige palette. Long pendant lights drop beams of light by the headboard. Glass panels build light-permeable supports for the bedroom workspace. A gold floor lamp shines reading light over the pillows. There is no area rug present in this space, which makes the room feel more spacious, airy, and bright. Greige drapes soften the corner of the room, whilst roller blinds dress the two large windows. The drapes can be drawn around the perimeter for complete darkness when needed. In this bold bathroom design, red marble panels make a startling backdrop. The red-veined marble flames into the shower area, where it is extinguished by a cool, custom-cut mirror. A wood stool keeps toiletries nearby. The WC is tucked behind smoked glass bifold doors. Smoky gray paneling builds a shadowy interior. An integrated basin gives the vanity a minimalist look.
