David Chipperfield Architects unveils Winter Olympics arena in Milan

The Berlin studio of David Chipperfield Architects and engineering firm Arup have revealed the Santa Giulia arena in Milan for the 2026 Winter Olympics. Designed as the centrepiece of the new Milano Santa Giulia city district, the 12,000-seat arena will host ice hockey events during the 2026 Winter Olympics, which will take place in Milan and Cortina d'Ampezzo.
